Free Kidding Around Yoga Session AUg. 24 & Sep. 17!

Please join us for a pair of FUN 45 min. free KIDDING AROUND YOGA SESSION!

Movement & Laughter are simple and natural forms of medicine - they make Life so much easier and fun! Our focus will be learning skills for relaxation, how to develop coping strategies for anxiety & stress.

WHEN: Saturday, August 24 @ 1:00pm (outside under a tent)
AND Tuesday, September 17 @ 6:00pm
WHERE: The Art of Music LLC 129 Orangewick Dr N Lewis Center, OH 43035
AGES: 5-9 yrs (parent/caregiver strongly encouraged to participate)

Our Upcoming 5-week classes will begin on Tuesdays 9/24 or Wednesdays 9/25. Cost is $100 per child. Learn more here!

Please RSVP if you plan to attend the Free Yoga Session on Tues. Sep. 17 at 6pm. If you have multiple children between the ages of 5-9 who will be attending, submit the first form, refresh the page, and submit a separate form for each additional child.
